GSNH... R/M with Dovarri

First let me say this play was brought to my attention by Mike_d and I'm not in yet. I thought we needed a thread on this one and let everyone see whats going on.

The 2nd thing I want everyone to know is that reverse mergers can take what seems like an eternity to complete and the pps will have alot of ups and downs during that time.



GSNH closed at the high of the day @ 018 up 157.14%

It hasn't been announced publicly yet but Dovarri has hired an investor relations firm and a couple of calls to Dovarri has been said to confirm the merger.

There is a ton of info but nothing public as of yet to confirm this 100%

The following was sent to me by email and I thought it was worth sharing. It does have some interesting thoughts.

----Dovarri Inc, a private company, added Investor Relations to their web site on Friday. WHy would a private company need investor relations?


----Dovarri Inc, a private company, has acquired a CUSIP number. Publically traded companies need a CUSIP not Privately held companies.

Some other facts we have acquired

1. The company name associated with the ticker GSNH has been changed to Dovarri, Inc. as is evidenced by a Nevada SOS filing.

2. Dovarri, Inc. has confirmed, both verbally and in writing, that their company is doing a reverse merger into the GSNH corporate shell.

3. Dovarri is a successful 14-15 year old company, managed by some pretty bright people. They have developed some award winning CRM software.

4. Dovarri is one of only two accredited vendors in partnership with HP to provide CRM software on HP platforms.

5. Dovarri is not one guy working out of his garage. It's an established company with 27 employees.

6. Dovarri has placed their investor relations contact info on their website within the past two days. A privately held company has absolutely no need for such information on its website.


The only debate left is: how BIG is Dovarri Inc.

Dovarri has an expanded partnership with HP. Check the IBOX on IHUB for the link. The other CRM provider on the same page as DOvarri is Siebel Systems. Siebel Systems was bought for over $5 billion by Oracle in 2005! SO you can see the value Dovarri could potentially have. Through newspaper articles and other sources (Dovarri is a private company and has yet to release a business wire PR) we have found out that Dovarri has at least 1,000 customers located all over the globe. This figure is from a few years ago the number could be much higher!

These r/m plays can be the most lucrative ones in the penny market. I think this is the bottom here for GNSH. Word is just starting to spread. When a PR comes out Look Out! LOL.

As always do your own DD. Its your money and nothing in the penny world is 100%.

Those of you looking at his thread that are not in GSNH do yourself a favor and at least put it on radar.

This may or may not pan out but the more I'm seeing the more I'm liking this play. If the R/M with Dovarri actually takes place as I think it will we have something special.

Some other forums are touting close to 2.00 per share after the merger. Let me make it 110% clear. I don't buy into the 2.00 thoughts but a very nice gain is very possible

You know it doesn't matter what stock it is there is always a small number that think that the pps will go to dollars. It happens sometimes but for every stock that does there are 20 that fizzle out.
