Real Time institutional ownership?
I'm sick of "analysts" and groups upgrading and downgrading things to suit their liking. Aside from not being able to rip people off is there any downside to having a law passed where institutions must show what they own in their portfolios? Or do you have to be a "subscribing" member? If so do the hedgefunds tell their customers where they are putting their money?
