These guys are one of those low floaters that are always a pr away from a big run. lol. I honestly have not looked for any dilution. What caught my eye was the RSI, MACD, the way that the candles have kinda formed a double bottom and the fact that volume patterns have picked up a bit the last couple months for a lower float stock. Not the prettiest thing in the world, but like I say it just got my attention. Holding support at .025. Not in, just observing a bit.
