A - Class A
B - Class B
C - Exempt from NASDAQ
D - New Issue
E - Delinquent with SEC
F - Foreign
G - First Convertible Bond
H - 2nd Convertible Bond
I - 3rd Convertible Bond
J - Voting
K - Non Voting
L - Miscellaneous Situations
M - 4th Class Preferred
N - 3rd Class Preferred
O - 2nd Class Preferred
P - 1st Class Preferred
Q - Bankruptcy in Process
R - Rights
S - Beneficial Interest
T - Warrants or Rights
U - Units
V - When Issued and When Distributed
W - Warrants
X - Mutual Fund
Y - ADR (American Depository Receipts)
Z - Miscellaneous Situations
There are very few of these that you will ever be concerned with , but now you know.
