RGC - Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE Stock)
Reports tomorrow. Currently my 2nd largest position. 5% yield. Best of breed and is the beneficiary of all the hot summer movies. Won't have dramatic price swings, but I see more people going to the movie theater instead of big expensive trips. I'll take my 5% yield without question!

re: RGC - Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE Stock)
Not a great day to have RGC be my 2nd largest holding. I think todays sell off is completely overdone for a company that is beating on the top line and bottom line. Almost yields 5.6%, could be a good entry point.

re: RGC - Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE Stock)
Down because of concerns about costs and lagging in industry sales, but still turned a profit. Revenue increased 17 percent to $789.2 million, topping analysts' average forecast of $781.6 million, according to Reuters Estimates. It is a solid company and stock is trading well below it's yearly average. Number 1 movie theater operator. Some of the costs are adding 3d screens. ($70,000 ea). They said about half of the growth in ticket prices in the second quarter was from 3-D and Imax. I figure it'll be a hell of a bargain when it hits bottom for a long hold.

re: RGC - Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE Stock)
Has really moved back up nicely this month. I picked up some good bargains on it during it's lows last month. Looks like it's consolidating a little now before hopefully continuing on up and breaking through the old high in July.
