They did a reverse split and then filed an S-8. S-8-=sell shares

Never ever buy Raven Moon. There only fucntion is to sell shares to the public. This is their MO.

No doubt. They're gonna have to change completely pretty soon. They're running out of tickers with R and V in them.

s-8 came out the same day as r/s to give you all an idea how these penny stocks can be s8 for 1 billion shares to be dumped in open market. i picked up some at .015 just as an experiment and have no problem loosing the money but i wanted to watch what happens because it is inpossible to paper trade on a big spread low float and get a feel for it. i will most likely loose on the play but willing to take a chance. i call it the cost of education

Saw the post asking a question about these guys and couldn't believe they're splitting AGAIN. Guess I wasn't wrong that they ran out of tickers with r and v. lmao Now RAEM. Here's a history of their recent splits so you can see how much a repeat offender does this. List doesn't even include the latest one from this month.
