What are your feelings now on PTSC? I have been as Kramer says backing up the truck and buying more. When do you feel this stock will make a move? I am really lost on this stock. I have held it for over a year now. They pretty much settled the suit. Signed up Bull to a Moore patent and it is still hovering around .50 what will it take for this stock to break out?

The following is an unofficial summary of important dates in the Patent Infringement Litigation pending in the Eastern District of Texas, which is provided by counsel for Patriot Scientific:

May 3, 2007: Claim Construction Hearing - 9:00 a.m. in Marshall, Texas. This is an important event from the standpoint of interpreting and assessing the scope of the patent claims. The Defendants' invalidity contentions and the factual questions of what products actually infringe would still remain to be litigated by motions or at trial.


The Claim Construction Hearing ruling may not issue for approximately 30 days or more after the hearing. Most deadlines after that are measured from the Court's Patent Claim Construction ruling.


15 Days after Claim Construction Ruling: Party with the Burden of Proof to Designate Expert Witnesses; Expert Witness Report Due.


15 Days After Claim Construction Ruling: Deadline to Comply with P.R. 3-8 (willful infringement; reliance on counsel defense disclosure)


30 Days After Claim Construction Ruling: Designate Rebuttal Expert Witnesses; Expert Witness Report Due

got me too. when it jumped to 0.59 after the lawsuit announcement, i thought we'd be at a buck in no time. completely baffled. may be worth calling IR to see what's going on and maybe check the insider roster. did someone dump the day of the PR?

In the last six months no buying or selling by any insiders. Just stocks that have been awarded to directors. so what does that mean? everyone is taking a wait and see, no real believe in the company??:rolleyes:

There is a strong likelihood that the warrant conversions of Patriot are complete, or very near done. I didn't realize we were at the end of the fiscal yr in May, I thought we would see a 10Q by now but financials won't be out until August 14th. Look for this to gradually climb until they show us the $$$.
