I am new to forex trading. Please some one tell his ideas that how I can avoid losses and get more benefits in foreign currency trading.

I suggest you get a demo account first and check out our Forex Strategy forum. See if you can find a Strategy that works for you.

Losing is going to happen sometimes. The trick is to win a lot more than you lose. I am currently riding a 31 trade winning streak but it will end eventually.
