Just disclosed Mark Cuban owns 7.4% of VRNG


The mobile software platform provider surged in after-hours trading after widely-followed investor Mark Cuban disclosed a 7.4 percent stake in the firm in a 13G filing

I wanted to sell 2000 yesterday but decided to hold them all and ride the momo.

This is going to be a huge boost for this up and coming company. Monday should be VERY interesting. Cuban is not a cone head so I figure if he can pour a million in I can hold all my little 15k worth..lol.

Just drinking some morning coffee and thinking this entire thing over. It sounds too easy and too good to be true for sure

BUT

Think about it with me for a second. Mark Cuban appears to have bought the stock April 2, 2012. Is Mark Cuban a dummy and falling for a story that isn't true? Answer absolutely not so then it makes me wonder what part of Vringo Cuban is interested in.

Is it the fact that this little company once merged has the chance to bring in millions upon millions from Google and the patent issue or is it the apps and the fact that app companies are hot right now?

One thing for certain, Mark Cuban buying 7.4% gives an entirely new outlook on the validity of the patent story. We can rest assured that Cuban didn't buy this without first knowing some VERY interesting information that at some point will make us a lot of green
