I was wondering how you get a proxy proposal on the adgenda to be voted on by the shareholders for that company at their yearly meeting?
What are the steps? Where do you find that information at on the internet? I have looked but don't seem to find what i am looking for....
Is it the same process for all public companies' no matter what board they are traded on? or is it different for a pink sheets, amex, otcbb, nyse?
