USPR has moved back up to resistance and I fully expect USPR to move up to at least .50. This is a very bullish pattern so there may be a bigger move.

wow. creamed the resistance at .35 and move to almost .38. huge volume already. reset back to support at .32 and hopefully we see it continue to move.
