MENB MENDOCINO BREWING INC

new to trading but ive been watching them for a while what do you guys think about them they seem to rarely fall below .20 and randomly shoot up to .40 quite frequently what do u guys think about trading with them?

The volume is way too low for me, overyy. The 3 month average volume is under 500 shares per day.
