NP, I just came across the site. Few things to keep in mind:
1.) Data on site is for the most part delayed 6 mo's
2.) You can find this info through EDGAR (
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (Home Page)) just as easily.
3.) Insider activity in and of itself should be no indication to buy or sell a security on its own....its just another piece of data, thats all.
