Effective Control Trucking was acquired by Media City Corp. (a shell) in a reverse takeover. I believe that the symbol will be changed to reflect the true controlling entity, Effective Control Trucking/ECN Holdings.
In the past couple of weeks they have PR'd several multi-million dollar contracts, and they seem to expect many more contracts in the near future. They have also announced that Claude Robert (of Robert Trucking) has joined their advisory board.

The SDS System:
This system will detect driver drowsiness before an accident occurs; dispatchers will be alerted when a driver is becoming drowsy and the vehicle will be required to pull over and the engine can be remotely controlled if necessary. This system identifies in real time an individual's initial sleepiness, hypo vigilance, and micro-sleep manifestations. This new one-of-a-kind technology helps prevent and avoid incidents or accidents related to fatigue, often observed in the transport industry.
The Sleepiness Detection System, SDS(TM), comprises two components: an optical and a calculation unit. These units can record and store specific data in the field where the SDS(TM) is used.
SDS(TM) is a highly compact, even small device, non-portable and non-intrusive to the individual. Its technology has been validated through direct correlation with electroencephalogram (EEG) measures in laboratories and in the field. The SDS(TM) methodology is based on facial parameters recognition, capable of indicating an individual's first signs of sleepiness, beginning two hours before actual sleep.
