BUSINESS SUMMARY
Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. provides financial services to corporations, governments and municipalities, and institutional customers worldwide. It offers an array of equities and fixed income sales, trading, and research; investment banking services; and investment management and advisory services. The company operates through three segments: Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Investment Management. The Investment Banking segment provides advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other financial matters. It also raises capital for clients by underwriting public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. The Capital Markets segment represents institutional customer flow activities, including prime brokerage, research, and secondary-trading, and financing activities in fixed income and equity products. I think 'someone' should go after him to get that money back. The word "earned" is a completely incorrect word to use, isn't it?  Hopefully that 'someone' will be the F.B.I.

What, you don't think ~$200,000/day for five years is fair? $25,000/hour is almost minimum wage (for company-crashing CEO's) these days!

It will take the FBI about 3 years for them to bring this to trial if they ever. I just went to court for motions on a 2005 case they have and it is not in for trial until December.

They are investigating this but I am not sure on what violation of the USC.

Yeah I had seen the golden parachute they gave the CEO, The CFO was forced out 3 months prior. I am out for now, think im gonna watch from a distance as the radiation level drops, from the recent nukes we used to call a financial sector.

Good idea. Something to keep in mind if you start to buy back is that in the rare event that Lehman should ever emerge from BK these shares will be canceled and new shares will be issued leaving the current holders out in the cold.
I have played a few BK stocks and actually made nice money on a couple but when you think about it, why do they even trade these stocks?
