Jade Mountain Co. JDMO
According to the OTCBB Daily List, they are scheduled to do a 1-200,000 R/S tomorrow. The current stock price is $.08 and according to my math, the R/S would put the stock price at $16,000 a share.

Shhhhhhh....these plays are supposed to be secret. I'm in for one.
The PPS is .028 and, after the R/S, it should be $5600.
It doesn't do anyone any good now.

If you ask me, if you're in for that much money with that stock right now, you're in trouble because they're probably going to dilute the poo out of it after the R/S, if they can find buyers, or they could be looking to go private, but it'll probably end up bad for you with a PPS of that much.
However, Catfish has a thread on the old board about making money with R/S's, but I don't know if it takes into account ones doing 1-200K R/S.

Re: Jade Mountain Co. JDMO
Fractional shares are rounded up, thus only one share is required. So, in doing these sorts of plays, you really only risk your commission.
It could have been found by searching SEC filings. Also, it was posted on the daily list on friday with some time left on the clock.
What is interesting about this play is the O/S count of about 15 millions, bringing the post - R/S count to about 75, excluding all those round-up shares. Of course, this thing will not trade at $5600, but it will be interesting to see what it does trade at.

Pretty interesting. Too late now, but still interesting. Jade Mountain didn't have any revenues, assets, or operations, correct? It will be interesting to have a member be a holder in a shell like this. Good luck to ya.

I always thought fractional shares were paid out in cash.

Re: Jade Mountain Co. JDMO
It's up to the company as to what to do with any fractional shares. All of that information is provided in the Pre/Def 14C.
Sometimes it's cash, sometimes round-up, sometimes round-down.
