new user titles

greencat and i love star wars however we decided to make user titles more inline with the market. here is the new user titles and the number of posts to needed for each title. the value of the markets go up and so do the titles

Stock Market Newbie 0
Pink Sheet Stock 20
OTCBB Stock 100
AMEX Stock 300
NYSE Stock 750
NASDAQ Stock 1500
FOREX 3000
Stock Market and FOREX Master 5000
