Default etrade and tdcp

alot of you like i own shares in tdcp. etrade is the only broker out there with a restriction now that ameritrade has lifted theirs. i just sent them a letter telling them to look into it. this is hurting us all for they are the second largest broker. let them know that ameritrade has lifted restriction and they are the only broker out thier with restriction. people go to buy and get told they have to call in they think something is wrong with the stock when it is etrades laziness to reevaluate the stock. if we all send emails maybe they will finally look into it. they have had the call in restriction for over a year. let them know when scottrade had a restriction it was lifted in a week. thank you

I got a response to my email to etrade. Check it out below..

Dear Mr. Simmons,

Thank you for your message about the restriction on trading TDCP online in your E*TRADE Securities brokerage account. I have sent your suggestion to our Product Development Team so they can track the interest in such a policy change. We are constantly updating our website and adding features based on the feedback we receive from customers. Thank you very much for taking the time to let us know what changes you would like to see. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-ETRADE-1.

So it is very important that you email or call etrade about having restriction removed. If they get enough calls or emails, they might just lift the restriction..

here is the response i got from etrade. i hope you all are contacting them also even if your account is not with them

Dear Mr. Horak,

Thank you for your message regarding removing trade restrictions on 3Dicon Corp. I checked and the last review was about six months ago and at the time there was still activity that warranted keep it restricted. I have asked that a review be done on it again. Please keep in mind that while other brokers may have removed the restriction it is possible that we are still having issues relating to the security that they are not.

I hope this information has been helpful. For future inquiries, existing customers can visit our Online Service Center. It is the fast & easy way to get answers to your questions or to send us secure messages. You can go directly to etrade.com/servicecenter (log on required). If you are unable to log on, you can access our Contact Us page, etrade.com/contactus. As always, we appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

i am sending a letter to etrade every week till i get a good answer on this one. here is the latest i sent to them and i hope you all take the time to do the same thing

could you please explain to me why we connot trade tdcp online. i have been told by you all that it is to protect the investor and i believe if that was the case you would not allow people to trade non reporting companys on the pink sheets or dead companys that are in backruptcy or on the gray sheets which most of them we can do online. last 2 times i called in my order one time i was on hold for over a half hour which was right after the market crash which was understandable but last time i was on hold for around 10 minutes and i was disconected then had to call and wait again to talk to someone. thank you
paul
