Big gap down today after spin-off of home security division....down 44%. This stock might see a little bounce.

IRVING, Texas (AP) - Brink's Home Security Holdings Inc. said Monday it has been officially spun off from Brink's Co. after over 25 years as an operating unit of the company.
Brink's, which provides security products and services, originally announced plans to spin off the home security business in February. Trading of the new company's common stock began Monday morning on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "CFL."
The company's newly appointed board includes its President and Chief Executive Bob Allen, along with four former directors from Brink's Co., the company said.
Brink's Home Security shares fell 75 cents, or 3.5 percent, to $21 in morning trading.

This stock presages a breakout over the bearish trend line....
....watching the candle of yesterday and the strong hands entry, with decision.We expect a breakout of the triangle pattern. There is to wait a break over the level 28,54 or 30,61 last relative high
Itīs a laggard stock in the security sector
