It's a very simple strategy;

Buy condition:
1. RSI(14) Crossed Above 30
2. Price in +/- 20% Channel During Last 6 Months

Sell condition:
1. RSI(14) Crossed Below 70
2. Price in +/- 20% Channel During Last 6 Months

Yes, these are short term holds. I didn't do any back-tests and I don't beleive in back-testing much actually. Market is alwatys changing, and the results in the past can become obsolete quickly.
