The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, which correspond to twice the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate index. The fund normally invests 80% of assets in financial instruments with economic characteristics that should be twice the return of the index. It may employ leveraged investment techniques in seeking its investment objective. The fund is nondiversified.

With the fed buying up to 500 billion in MBS, 30 mortgage rates dropping into the 4's possible high 3's, housing hopefully hitting bottom soon, this could see some nice gains.

I have been trading this for a month now and got out.

I like this one Chris! It's definately worth watching for the housing bottom. From the talk, I hear everyone thinks it's still a long way off though. This fund and the DXO are good plays if you can find the bottom (or near it).

I have traded it a couple times, I think I ended up a little ahead. I know the refi rates are dropping, I am waiting a little longer for them to reach 4.5 no points, then see if I can lock something in the high 3's. If I can shave 300-400 of my mortgage payment I will be very happy! (more for the coin fund)

If you watch it, when it moves it really moves. I am waiting on a re-entry on this, DIG, DXO, UYM.
