These guys have been wearing out investors with constant PRs but I'm looking at a bottom play here and took an entry point at 38¢ with all intentions of watching it like a hawk ;)
besides an over sold RSI and the possible formation of a double bottom, there is nothing technical that leads me to believe it will bounce so if you play it, do so very carefully and be stingy as it could keep crashing to a new low.
