KBR - KBR, Inc (NYSE Stock)
KBR is an international engineering and construction company. Mainly does business overseas where real stimulus packages are happening. Has not participated at all in the past several month rally and its cheap on valuation so I think its a buy. In fact, I added it to my portfolio this week. Clean balance sheet, cash, no debt and growing at a steady rate. Take a look at it.

KBR has moved past heavy resistance and looks headed for a cup pattern..KBR should complete the cup pattern at just under $40.00
