Default Tax question

Hi guys,
Being new to trading (started last year), I have a few question in regards to taxes.

What tax software do most of you use? I guess, what is the best out there.

I have a tax place that prepares my taxes and when they saw the paper work I had I swear they wanted me to take everything and leave. So just for back up I want to figure out waht the best software is out there. I do have a working knowledge of taxes but by no means am I an expert.

Just in case they decide not to my taxes I need a back up plan.

Thanks!

P.s. I din't make any money this 1st time out. I actually lost a crap load

I used TurboTax for the first time for my 2007 return last year and for me it worked great. Already bought 2008 version from NewEgg.com and will use it soon. My work uses ADT for payroll so it is very easy to automatically download and import my tax info directly into Turbo.

From what you said in your post Cobra, it doesn't seem like your tax preparer is too thrilled about doing your taxes.... maybe they are not such a good choice for you?

Don't feel bad, I also lost money and many others did last year also, so we're in good company.
