Where can I find an RSS or API real time feed of stock quotes?

I am willing to pay for this service.

There are about 500 stocks I want to track the prices of in my own database.

So I want my PHP program to have a data source for these stock prices to grab the current price every 5 minutes.

Prices need to be accurate and real time.

I wish I knew the answer to this. Only thing is I am not willing to pay!!!

I remember reading a guy on a forum post that he watches over 1,000 stocks on streamer. I don't have any idea how to locate him though...

What about google finance?! I track all of my stocks on it and it shows them all to me in a organized view
