ST. LOUIS, March 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Thermadyne Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq:THMD) announced today it will release its fourth-quarter and full-year earnings after the close of the market on Tuesday, March 10, 2009.
