FSII - FSI International Inc. (Naz GM)
The chart came up as a bottom play, but then I started looking into why the big drops over the past several months. BIG losses reported regularly will do it. Then I read an article about pressure to possibly sell. Anyway, going to keep it on the backburner and see where it goes.

Re: FSII - FSI International Inc. (Naz GM)
Here is the article from a month ago:
Hedge fund presses FSI for CEO change, sale
Wednesday June 20, 1:39 pm ET
A shareholder of FSI International Inc. told officials the company should replace its CEO and explore a sale or other strategic alternatives, after the company posted a wider third-quarter loss Tuesday.
FSI officials responded that they would entertain proposals but weren't shopping the company.
The comments came on a conference call Tuesday between Chaska-based FSI (Nasdaq: FSII - News) and institutional investors and analysts. The call was to discuss FSI's third quarter, during which the company, which makes equipment for the microelectronics industry, reported losses of $5.6 million -- about double that of the year-ago quarter. Revenue fell as well.
During the call, Robert Chapman, an analyst with hedge fund Chapman Capital, one of the company's largest shareholders with over 2.3 million shares of the company (a 7.6 percent stake), said that his firm has been "bombarded with phone calls from other owners that would like [CEO Donald Mitchell] to resign."
According to securities filings, Chapman has been asking FSI management to consider a sale for several months. In a filing on June 12, Chapman said that it had "made contact with various parties that expressed an interest in a strategic combination with [FSI]."
FSI also received criticism during the call from Robert Johnson, an analyst with Wooded Glen, who said his firm supports Mitchell being replaced, and the company being sold.
Benno Sands, FSI's executive vice president of business development said the company would entertain any shareholder proposals. But, he added in an interview Wednesday that the company was not "actively looking for a buyer."
He also stated that he believes that Chapman's concerns do not represent the majority of shareholder views, and that most shareholders support FSI's management.

Re: FSII - FSI International Inc. (Naz GM)
FSII making another move and I believe it will keep going. The consolidation area was small leading me to believe that big money is flowing in.
