PMI PMI Group Inc. NYSE Stock
PMI has a strong candle set-up. 1-2-3 pattern establihes the support at 2.50. I expect PMI to make a move pullback to support and make a bigger move. If it moves higher than expected another support line could be dictated.
This is how I plan my trades and if I lose I lose small. I will hit it at the 2.50 area if it does as I expect it to. If it holds I am in a nice win. If It can hold 2.50 I will get out and take a small loss.

PMI took a hit on poor earnings. I had read that as housing improves and more loans are written their business should also increase. Might be a good time to jump in.
