Might be just a pump and dump.Was gone for the day and my sell on AMNE was a little greedy. If it don`t gap down in the morning I will watch it close. The last three months on the chart it has made a nice move for a short period of time.Maybe

AMNE to Take Eco Safe on the Road

AMNE Announces Sales Reps and Dealer Network for EcoSafe

(PINKSHEETS: AMNE) today announced that Eco Built Systems, Inc. d/b/a Paradigm Polymers has established a new Commissioned Agents Program "Cap," a series of large manufacturers' Sales reps designed to support the sales and marketing effort of Paradigm Polymers various product lines.

Since the acquisition of the EcoSafe line and the subsequent demonstration of the materials in Birmingham, AL, Paradigm has signed Cap agents in, Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC, and Souix City, IA, as well as Nederland, CO, and Grand Rivers, KY. AMNE Extends Record Date for 5 for 1 Forward Split

NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 05/27/09 -- American Green Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMNE) announced today that the record date for the Company's 5 for 1 forward stock split originally set for June 1, 2009 is being postponed due to anticipated delays associated with FINRA's (formerly NASD) review process.

Company Counsel has advised that it would be more appropriate for the Company to delay setting the record date until after final approval is received from FINRA.

Once the Company receives final approval from FINRA, which is expected in June, the record date will be set promptly and payment of the forward stock split will be expedited.

All shareholders of the Company, who own shares as of the new record date, will receive 5 new shares for each share they own.

AMNE Reduces Over $200,000 in Liabilities
