Post your stock rumors here. Everyone knows the old saying buy on rumor and sell on news so here is your chance to get in on the latest buzz. Please take time to read the following and understand these are short plays and can be risky.

Discalimer: Please by aware that this is a RUMOR thread and that since it is rumor based these plays will be considered high risk. Also be aware that the administrators of SMC nor any of its moderators will be responsible in any way to verify the validity of any rumor posted.
It will be up to each member to verify or disprove any information and invest accordingly.

2. Please do not link any other forums as your base for the rumor. You may say that it is being rumored on another forum but links are not allowed

We all know rumors can push a stock but please realize that more times than not it will be only a temporary spike. When profit is there take it and be happy.

AMERICAN SOUTHWEST (OTC BB:ASWD.OB)

Two seperate rumors are flying on this one.

1. There has been rumor spreading last week that there is a possible buy out about to be announced.

2. The second rumor is that American Southwest Music has signed an undisclosed rapper with former sells of close to 45 million.

Very low O/S count @ 10,366,000

Average trading volume has been around 226,000. Volume for Friday 7-20-07 spiked to 1,433,032.

PPS @ closing 7-20-07 = .053

52 week low = .02
52 week high = 3.25

From another board

I talked to the president of the company on Friday, He said to watch for a follow up PR that talks more about the partnership with microsoft. From the way it sounds to me Microsoft is very interested is this company, i was told Microsoft is even going to be releasing news, of their own, talking about EGDI.

BTW- Float is 83 million. i confirmed it on Friday with TA

I didn't want to post the gossip info there for fear it would appear as some kind of pump or lie. Here its made very clear its rumors only. I hope it all rolls around for you. I may jump in at some point but kinda occupied with tdcp and the uplisting right now.
