Kinda reminds me of UMCC which had a nice run, and was a low floater at the time as well.

I checked there most recent 10Q filing in March and they now have an O/S of 14,330,121. That's about 5,000,000 more since June. Not sure how much of that is now in the float.

Right now I am seeing about 13M, the increase are Warrants that were issued. Still going through it.
