Default New to trading

Hi
I am new to trading and thought learning Technical Analysis would be a good way to start.

Wanted some advice on which online site I should invest in.
I have in mind the following:

1) Trade Smart University (their first set of webinars are free)
2) Better trades
3) Trading Academy (well known)

Welcome to SMC!

I wouldn't pay for any website. Go to youtube.com and start watching technical analysis videos first. There's tons of them on there and the price is right. Also, visit our TA forum section. You'll find lots of info there too.

I have in mind the following:

1) Trade Smart University (their first set of webinars are free)
2) Better trades
3) Trading Academy (well known)
Step 1: Download this platform (Think or Swim) for free. You have to create an account which means you do have to fill out a bunch of online forms.
You can use their software (which is highly advanced) for free without ever funding the account with a single dime. They have great charts, all free. You can break the charts down into 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 13, 15, 30, 60, 90, 120 minute candles. It will give you market news and a wide array of other services, all for free. You'll have L2.

Step 2: Visit this site for free trading courses. I'd start in the module 3, technical indicators. Skip around. Watch at least 2 a week.

Step 3: Visit some YouTube channels on technical analysis. Subscribe to the different stock-related channels so you get regular updates.

Step 4: Bookmark some important links....

StockCharts.com (for charts)
FINVIZ.com - Stock Screener (to get a nice overview of the markets)
Stock Market News & Blogs (for news)
Bespoke Investment Group - Think BIG (for good articles)
