BAY CITY, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/31/07 -- Sarissa Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SRSR) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Creso Resources Inc. regarding its uranium and copper holdings in the world renowned Elliot Lake mining camp of Northern Ontario . Creso will pay Sarissa CAN $95,000 , as well as 25,000 common shares of Creso Resources Inc. stock, for one hundred percent interest of Sarissa's share of the St. Nicholas prospect located in the camp. This prospect, of which the Lube Vent Group owns the remaining thirty percent stake, is comprised of 1200 acres and 31 claims, with 39 claims -- app. 1500 acres -- to be added this year. The Elliot Lake mining camp, a hotbed for Uranium discovery and mining production in the middle part of the 20th century, is widely known within uranium mining circles, mostly for having produced CAN $1.3 Billion of uranium oxide by 1970. The agreement between Sarissa and Creso should close within a month, subject to regulatory approval.
The agreement announced earlier this year with Jourdan Resources over Sarissa's St. Nicholas prospect has been officially terminated due to lack of approval by Jourdan's Board of Directors.
Sarissa continues to stake and explore the Elliot Lake mining camp and surrounding regions for opportunities in uranium and precious metals. President and CEO of Sarissa, Ben Fuschino, stated: "This agreement further illustrates the Company's commitment to the exploration and development of various prospects in this area."
Sarissa intends to continue this course of identifying and acquiring promising holdings -- in this Northern Ontario region as well as other key areas of North America -- and utilizing development and other partner-based agreements to develop these assets. As a footnote, Sarissa has terminated all ties with the firm Big Apple Consulting, which had previously performed public relations work for the Company.

A property that the SRSR has acquired, 100%, is the “Deadmoose” property, located in Shillington Township, in Northern Ontario. The six claims consist of approximately 600 acres.. “The property was staked following the release by the Ontario Geological Survey of Open File Report 6061: Montreal River Headwater Area Sediment Survey, Northern Ontario: PGE Data-Operation Treasure Hunt. The small spring-fed Deadmoose Lake, centered within the staking, contained the most anomalous results of over four thousand (4,000) lakes sampled under the lake sediment survey program.” (Rapski, 2002). The Deadmoose property were highest geochemical results of PGM;s (platinum related metals: palladium etc.) in all of the four thousand lakes of Ontario. This finding, of course, does not preclude that even though the Deadmoose Lake has the highest finding of Platinum related minerals in its lake sediments in the province that it possesses economic quantities of Platinum (app. $1150/ounce) and/or Palladium (app.$225/ounce). After staking the property, the prospector and the Optionee in our agreement, John Rapski, had a proton-procession magnetometer survey conducted over all of the claims. The magnetic high was located at the west end of the property and coincides with rust stained water from the lake sediments and the warm spring. The working theory is that the PGM’s are being transported to the lake sediments up from the warm spring; the biogeochemical and magnetic surveys seem to confirm this theory. Therefore, the Company plans to drill three holes, of five hundred (500) feet each, on roughly, a forty-five (45) degree angle, into the spring’s base. The drill holes will be spotted (the place the where the drill enters and at what angle) by an independent, professional geologist and he will personally handle all the core samples until they are given to the independent assay lab. SRSR anticipates drilling on the Deadmosse in June-July of this year.

SRSR has an agent of the firm negotiating with Peruvian vendors for copper, gold, zinc, lead and silver properties. Many mineral deposits in Peru have not been properly geologically mapped and drilled to delineate the ore reserve. SRSR will use its expertise and business relationships to develop these ore bodies to mine the metals itself or joint venture with another firm.
