The Services segment provides enrollment services consisting of background checks and processing of applicant data required for federal and state licensed programs, and jobs in the banking, finance, insurance, healthcare, child care, legal, real estate, education, and other industries; and consulting, program management, information analysis, training, security, technology development, and information technology solutions. This segment serves federal and state government agencies, and commercial enterprises and financial institutions. The company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut.
