BDGR.. Black Dragon Resources
Nice move. I am looking for a continuation tomorrow. Keep an eye on all oil stocks with oil around 70.00 it will have a fallback effect...
Black Dragon Resource Companies, Inc. is an independent domestic oil and natural gas producer. The company’s strategy is to generate stable cash flow and production by acquiring mature oil and gas well fields, while generating growth through high-impact enhancement of production rates. Black Dragon’s target properties are located in prolific basins where the company is aggressively pursuing acquisition, exploitation and exploration opportunities. The company’s current portfolio of projects located in Caddo Island, Louisiana, represents a clear growth path for several years to come. The company is also actively pursuing new projects in east Texas and other basins of the country.

Been watching this one off and on for a long time, agree it's looking ready for another bounce.

Re: Bdgr
Lanza stated that they were going cash flow positive this month. Now he is gone and I assume so is the cash flow positive projection. They were due out for some news but I wasn't expecting that.

I would hope the cash flow situation has not changed, despite today's news. Considering this is currently up 37%, the market seems happy there's a new Pres.

I think the buyers would like going cash flow positive better. I would really like to see funding of operations from operating revenue instead of selling more shares but that may be asking too much.

Re: Bdgr
I got interested in Black Dragon Resource Group for a couple reasons the first being that I was in the Geophysical field before I became disabled... The Seismic end of it, and Second they are doing their "project" about 100 miles West of where I live... As I started checking them out I saw talk about not being tight enough on where money went ... pretty common in the oil field... but theirs was pretty bad handling... I shied away..
Today they announced a new CEO and board member... Change of management... lets check out this new guy Ellis. Right away I thought I was on to something probably not known by many... so good that I thought I would contact greencat and off my DD to him and if he thought it was as good as I did he could send me a copy of his CD.
I spent all evening researching Michael M. Ellis and boy it sure looked like a lot of them.
I got off on what I guess was a wrong turn and trailed a (I guess) younger Person that I was getting real excited about because in 2003 he was VP of land management for Black Stone Minerals Company, L.P. 1001Fannin, Suite 2020 • Houston, Texas It appears (not confirmed) Black Stone hold the mineral rights on the Caddo Lake area that Black Dragon is re-developing along with huge holding all across the country. Black Stone Minerals are known for innovated procurements of mineral rights.
Like I said, I got excited, but on Stone's website Michael M. Ellis doesn't appear to be with them any longer so I figured I better check deeper. The next Mr. Ellis I glanced at was in a computer related industry so I went no farther.
The next place I chased the name to Crystal River Capital.... A billion Dollar specialty finance concern... I looked but that company keeps most of it really good info in a password protected encrypted area of their web site... which I didn't qualify to gain access... the nerve of some companies. But on several SEC filings for them the name comes up... I tried going through one of those fillings but eventually gave up before I actually had to read word for word that hundred page filling. Never did find what the connection was....
the next had something to do with Medical so I scratched that one off the list.... the next had something to do with accounting specialty, but they wanted membership of their society to gain the information.
So I dug a little deeper and found a press release on My Way Finance site that told me that Mike was hired as head engineer for Black Dragon... that was on June 20 this year. Then on a pr dated June 27 They came out and announced they were so impress they were naming him the Director of Operations for Black Dragon.
In that PR I got the information I needed to make my DD easier... Haven't started the nitty gritty stuff... but this guy looks like a winner on the surface.
I don't know how long these post are allowed to be so I will post the June 27 PR in a post of its own. Then over the weekend I will do some more DD and get back with it.
