XTXI - Crosstex Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ Stock)
This stock is Ru's current pick. Closed yesterday @ 4.92 but in 2006 XTXI was over 90.00. As recent as 2008 it traded above 30.00. This one may take some patience but could offer some nice rewards.
Energy plays are getting alot of attention so hopefully we will make some nice green here.

Closed at $4.79....of course, I bought it at 5.00. LOLOLOL
The volume is pretty weak, I'll hold for awhile but I was hoping for a quick in/out.

To sell Mississippi, Alabama, South Texas assets

June 10 (Reuters) - Crosstex Energy LP (XTEX.O) said it agreed to sell its assets in Mississippi, Alabama and South Texas for $220 million to Dallas-based natural gas transportation and processing company Southcross Energy LLC.
The Mississippi and Alabama assets consist of about 780 miles of intrastate gathering and transmission pipelines, and the South Texas assets consists of about 1,400 miles of intrastate gathering and transmission pipelines.
These three systems generated gross margin of $12 million and operating expenses of $4 million for the first quarter of 2009.
Proceeds from the sale will be used to pay down more than $200 million of the partnership's debt.
This will satisfy the targets for debt reductions in September 2009 and December 2009 established in the recent amendments to its debt facilities, Crosstex said in statement.
The stock closed at $3.99 Tuesday on the Nasdaq. It has traded in the range of $1.10 to $30.99 in the last one year. (Reporting by Hezron Selvi in Bangalore; Editing by Anil D'Silva)
