Large After Hour Trades on OTC

I have a quick question. I was watching SYNJ on L2 today and something odd happened. A minute after the close today four trades for 9,000,000 shares and one for 5,748,802 were "executed". I saw this once before last week with this same stock. After the close huge 9,000,000 share orders with one odd share amount. What is going on here? The only two things I can think of are A. Unsettled trades from earlier in the day (but why 9 million share chunks? someone picking up/dumping a ton here?) or B. Dreaded dilution. Can a stock even be diluted in this way without documentation presented first?

So my basic question is what is going on here? (See Image)

Vol, More than likely its just as you said and is an unsettled trade. MM's clearing their book. I have saw OTC orders filled in premarket and have never found anyone that knew for sure why this happens.

As far as dilution if its a pink sheet there is no paper work to my knowledge that must be filed before they can dump. Some TAs can keep you updated on the share count but you will run into some of them that are gagged. I have no way to know but I would be surprised if there wasn't some dilution happening.

OTC.... Gotta love them
