VSE is oversold, RSI still in down trend, price touching $13.00. Looking for entry at about $12.50 and a market recovery bounce to about $14-15.

Hot Deals On Stocks
Please list stocks you think are really great deals right now (mainly due to bear market and disappointing earnings). The stock should have dropped fairly significantly in the last month or two (July/August) and is possibly at or near it's low. The company should still be strong and investment grade. I don't want to list any companies that are just plain failing or run a crappy business. I'll add your picks to a list in this OP.
Please do you own DD on these. I think you'll agree they are super deals! When the market reverses, these will be money makers.

With the FED rate cut, I think the Hot Deal stocks are going to move today. Definately watch USB and USMO!
