IAGR.OB.. Reverse Merger

IAGR filed 8-k this afternoon and it reveals that Dr. Zhou has purchased 59% of the IAGR stock giving him a controling block. His plans are to reverse merge a private Chinese company into this shell. IAGR closed today at .037 up 27.59%. 10-Q expected within the next week according to sources.

FLOAT: 28,693,630


These chinese plays were hot. I hope to take a position tomorrow morning.

Dr. Zhou purchased the Control Block with the intention of having the Company complete a reverse acquisition of a private Chinese company, China Renyuan International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“China Renyuan”), on terms to be determined. Dr. Zhou is President of China Renyuan. China Renyuan is a holding company whose primary asset is its wholly owned subsidiary, Renyuan Bio-Chemicy Co., (“Renyuan Bio-Chemicy”), a private Chinese company located in Jizhou City High & New Tech Industrial Park, in China’s Hebei Province. China Renyuan produces batteries and is engaged in biochemical research. The purpose of the proposed reverse acquisition transaction is to provide China Renyuan and its operating subsidiary with access to the capital market provided by the Company’s quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board as well as to adding value to the Company through the acquisition of China Renyuan’s assets.

aufan im gonna keep a close eye on this in the morning cause you earned our respect here. please keep us updated on what price u got in, what price did is it good to enter, etc...

my only problem is that i always watch the movement of a price and then decide at what price i should get in. the problem with this is that sometimes i miss the run, but whenever i get in i make some money but not as much as others.

I'm planning to check around in the morning and see how much this is being talked about on the forums. Hopefully we can get some L2's and see where they are going to stack on this one.

Word must have leaked today because volume was very heavy for this stock. I played this one 2 or 3 months ago and it moves pretty fast both ways.

I just read through the 8-k and this may be a big short term play. According to the 8-k there will be dilution coming which means to me that we should see alot of press release between now and the merger in order to push the price up for dilution.

Something really smells bad about this play

8-k filed yesterday and word spread like crazy and yet shares are flying off the shelf. As I said I knew they would dilute at some point but didn't think it would be today....lol

I'm going to add on dips. I really think this may be a con job so at some point they should try to run it up to sell more shares and when they do I plan to sell with them.

Just read where the company will end up owning 99% of the stock after the merger which more than likely means a reverse split coming that won't affect the company held shares.

why wouldnt it go up? doesnt the company need to buy its shares back to own 99% of it or what?
