I see dilution through OBV, although it also shows a small turn up so you may be able to catch a few bucks.
Also been some steady accumulation since June so with that being said check the company's share structure.

Has a triple bottom. Really needs to start making a bigger move. It has an E on the symbol now meaning they are late in filing.
