KKR Financial Holdings LLC announced that the Board of Directors declared a cash distribution of $0.18 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2011. The distribution is payable on March 1, 2012 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 16, 2012. In addition, on February 2, 2012, the Company's Board of Directors declared an annual special distribution of $0.08 per common share for the year ended December 31, 2011. The distribution is payable on March 29, 2012 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2012.
