MCTH has finalised stock purchase agreement, acquiring all of the IS & OS of Trustaff. Concerns about how they will arrange financing may be now over

The whole success of staffing companies arises out of reluctance of companies to hire staff directly on their payroll. This is the way forward for companies, esp. in healthcare, as they can minimise their overheads & hire according to current need
