joejoe we all are saddened by the passing of your Grandfather.

It looks like your Archon shares are now 3M shares. I do not know what the conversion rate was but for 1 share you own as of Friday March 19 would be worth $81.96. You will need to contact 3M with the numbers below or your Grandfathers broker to find out exactly how many share you have acquired. I hope this helps a little..

ST. PAUL, Minn--Aug. 1, 2006--3M announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Archon Technologies Inc., a Denver, Colo.-based provider of enterprise software solutions for motor vehicle agencies.

Archon's enterprise software systems manage and integrate motor vehicle agency operations including vehicle registration, titling, driver licensing, professional licensing, dealer credentialing and revenue management. This acquisition strengthens 3M's core solutions that help motor vehicle agencies operate more efficiently and deliver excellent customer service.
