When a company decides to buy some of their outstanding shares what is going on. Is it a sign of something good about to happen or something bad.

Its very good, but on penny stocks sometimes they are not honest. Big stocks over 1.00 is usually money for us.

It's good news! They are reducing the free floation which usually increases the price per share.
