Dollar on bright side

I was observing the fx market very closely as I'm ready to invest on a pair of currency. I could see the dollar bright against the euro amidst speculation that the EU leaders will not agree on an aid package for Greece.

The dollar climbed to $1.3523 per euro. I will invest on dollar-euro pair...
