15-12G has just been filed and as you know these things can take a long
time but I'm sure rumors will start to fly next week. It seems that the news
only began spreading late yesterday or even this morning. I jumped in for a small position.
I really don't care if they ever merge because odds are I won't wait it out
but I'll bet a coke the rumor mill will run like crazy this weekend and push this one higher.
The float is rumored to be only 4.1 million but personally I find that a little difficult to believe.
