Hasn't been anything new for a little while here. Everyone is waiting on the stock offering, which should have been done buy now. There was something wrong with some of the paperwork only went thru for New York. They delayed it so that all of the (9 states I think it is) could be blue skied.
Many thought it was going to be last week, now we hope for this week, but as soon as this is complete the company is expecting to be uplisted to the AMEX.

A lot of rumors have been floating around on this one, but this may be the week the stock offering closes. And the company has stated repeatedly it expects an AMEX listing approval very shortly afterwards.
I spoke with Nancy Nino late last week and she told me we will "hear something very soon"
As soon as the offering closes the company plans to start work on the next two locations, they dont build but convert existing reserants so they still plan to open this year.
I like XSNX. PTSC, UWKI, SPKL, DPDW, KKD, CYBL, (xkem:o)

Rumor that Merriman in SF screwed it all up. They are the ones who are supposed to be handling this. The 'anytime now' signals keep going out, but nothing is happening. Its been next week for several weeks now. I have heard the offer has closed but nothing official.
Supposed to be a number of good PRs waiting to be sent but they cant talk because they are still in the quiet period.
Really getting frustrating, while the pps slowly sinks on small volume and huge spreads at the bid and ask.:mad:

Well, looking at the charts, this company needs some kind of good news. I'm not sold on it until they show they're making money at it. The resturant biz is generally not that good.

I've done a lot of DD on this stock, from the first day it was posted. The news I'm looking for is solid earnings and a profit....all I've seen is talk thus far. ;)

I believe they said they will need 3 or 4 places up and running to acheive a profit. This financing that is supposed to be wrapping up will give them the funds to open #2,3,4, and 5.
By next summer we should be good, as well as the first franchise and one in Canada should be going as well.:rolleyes:
