What does it mean when a chart does this?

Just ran a scan and came across this. Why did the candle wick flare back to the left like that?

The "wick" is the high of the day and it is touching the red 200 Moving Average which is strong resistance.

Lol I feel real stupid...I was looking at the 200 dma as it was part of the wick last night...guess it doesn't pay to post when you haven't had enough sleep. Thanks for your response.
