BHWF... BlackHawk Fund- Penny Stock- Diversified Investments

I posted this in the tramp thread but thought this was worth a thread. I think there are nice odds of nice returns.

Guys watch BHWF VERY close Thursday morning. Today it dropped 70% to close @ .0015 without any bad news in fact they released a pr saying they were selling some property for 2.2 million to complete changing their business plan and this sale would put their revenue at the highest level in the companies history. The previous 52 week low was .002.

My guess is heavy dilution but here is the kicker that may make this a good play. The total O/S count is 166,996,792 and if you use every share and figure it against todays close you only come up with 250,000.00 and they are selling property for over 2 million.

Todays volume was crazy @ 111.16 million so hopefully the sale is over.

I plan to watch this like a hawk (no pun intended) and may just break my no penny play for this one.

These guys are a subsidiary of PLMA, so if one gets moving, the other might move also. Just a head's up. But, PLMA's chart looks bad at the moment for what it's worth.
