Magnitude Information Systems was founded in 1988 and is based in Branchburg, New Jersey.", but a recently released Form 10QSB/A dated Sept. 11 states that the Kiwibox agreement was to occur on or about Aug 16, 2007.... the rlease of that report seems to match pretty close to this up trend.
